Industrial Oil

  1. Wharfslube Air Line Oil
    Air Line Oil will not only remove the finest dust particles but it is also highly resistant to emulsification in the cold, wet conditions in the air line lubricators, thus aiding the drawing of the water out of the air system. This provides fresh, dry air for the efficient use of the air tools, and equipment. Wharfslube Oil have use the finest virgin base oils to produce an oil that gives excellent air flow characteristics while aiding with filtration. Air Line Oil is specifically designed for use in dash pot air line lubricators, but may also be used as a tool lubricant and general all - purpose oil for around the factory or workshop.
  2. Wharfslube Air Tool Oil
    Air Tool Oil has been specifically designed and formulated for use with all piston and rotary type air tools. The special sulphurised fatty ester additives give a lubricant with minimum sulphur corrosivity together with maximum lubricating value and load carrying capacity. It is eminently suitable for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It both lubricates, cleans and protects the air tool to which it is applied. Tool life may be dramatically extended by the removal of gum deposits by Air Tool Oil, and improved power and speed is also provided.   3. Wharfslube Synthetic Compressor Oil ( 32, 46, 68, 100 ,140, 150)
    A fully synthetic compressor oil formulated from synthetic hydrocarbon fluids (polyalpha olefins) and the latest additive technology. The blend is re-inforced with esters to give a greater lubricity and lower friction compared to synthetics formulated purely from PAOs. It offers extended oil life thereby reducing servicing and extended down-time, excellent wear protection, good compatibility with seals and paints and reduced air separator blocking. It also possesses excellent viscosity temperature characteristics, being formulated to provide the correct viscosity at the temperature of operation. At low temperatures they are less viscous than conventional fluids, providing easier start-up and reduced energy consumption. At high temperatures they are more viscous than conventional fluids, providing greater lubrication. It also has excellent water - and air-separation, thereby reducing contamination, and has a low carbon-forming tendency.
  4. Wharfslube Cylinder Oil
    Steam cylinder are lubricated by introducing the lubricant into the steam line. This can be done either by using an atomiser, or by direct feed into very high temperature steam. Atomised oil mist is the carried by the steam to the point of lubrication, forming an oil film which reduces friction, and hence wear. The oil also prevents the leakage of steam past valves, pistons, etc.
  5. Wharfslube Oil 75w90 Synthetic Gear Oil GL5 (75w/90, 85w/140)
    Rock Oils Gear Oils GL5 are highly sophisticated EP transmission fluids fortified with synthetic base stocks. Rock Oils Gear oils offer superb anti-wear and load carrying properties compared to conventional mineral based gear oils. Rock Oils Gear oils have been developed to give maximum lubrication under high temperature and high speed conditions whilst contending with the problem of low temperature gear shift difficulties experienced with modern 5 speed transmissions thus reducing wear and preventing failure.

Engine Oil

  2. Wharfslube Synthetic 4 Stroke 5w/40
    With the introduction of the latest API and ACEA Specifications and the advancement towards more fuel efficient viscosities Rock Oil have produced Synthesis 4 5w/40 fully synthetic 4 stroke engine oil which provides the ultimate in engine lubrication. During extensive development testing, Synthesis 4 5w/40 has proved to be oil for extremes. It's wide viscosity range gives superior protection in conditions ranging from cold winter starts to the severe heat generated in racing engines. The advanced combination of additives combined with the purest synthetic base stocks significantly reduces wear and keeps all engine components clean. Synthesis 4 5w/40 features outstanding thermal and shear stability exceptionally low volatility, excellent control of engine deposits, blow-by contamination, and superb wear protection. Itsignificantly reduces friction, releasing full engine power and is ideal for both turbo and non-turbo engines. It is designed to be totally compatible with catalytic converters.
  3. Wharfslube Synthetic 4 Stroke (Diesel) 5w/40
    A synthetic 4 stroke engine oil that meets or exceeds the exacting demands of the API CF and CCMC, G5 PD2 standard for high performance diesel engines both naturally aspirated and turbo charged. The advanced additive, high detergent formula ensures maximum engine component protection and superior resistance to deposits and corrosion, resulting in extended engine life and optimum performance under all conditions. The latest API SJ rating means that SYNTHESIS DIESEL 5w40 provides up to 600% better protection against the scourge of modern petrol engines - the formation of black sludge, up to 100% better protection against piston deposits and up to 100% improved anti-wear protection for valve train components when compared to API SG rated lubricants.
  4. Wharfslube Synthetic Commercial Diesel 10W40
    SYNTHESIS COMMERCIAL is an ultra high performance 10w/40 diesel oil specifically designed for the most technologically advanced automotive diesel engines. Due to its low viscosity it is classed as a "High Energy" lubricant, and meets the Mercedes Benz 228.5 and the European ACEA E3 specifications. Use of SYNTHESIS COMMERCIAL 10w40 in modern diesel engines results in greatly extended periods between oil changes, and hence less "off road" time for vehicles. SYNTHESIS COMMERCIAL 10w40 contains an advanced combination of additives combined with the purest synthetic base stocks. This ensures that wear is significantly reduced and all engine components are kept clean.

Wharfslube Bearing Grease

  1. Super Lithium Grease
    Lithium soap based grease with consistency grade NLGI No. 2. It is a good quality molybdenum disulfide compounded multi-purpose grease also treated with soluble chemical additives to prevent wear especially under very highly loaded conditions. Uses in general purpose applications where medium to severe conditions prevails.
  2. Synthetic Grease
    For ultra high service conditions such as kiln car bearings. Effective up to 400 °C. At very high temperatures, the fluid in the grease will evaporate, leaving very little residue.
  3. WR Bearing Grease
    Manufactured for the food industry. It will not washed out by high pressure hot water or steam due to its special high-adhesion properties. Manufactured in NLGI No. 3 consistency. Operating temperature range up to 130 °C. Suitable for plain or anti-friction bearings.
  4. Multi-purpose Grease
    Synthetic NLGI grade 2 heavy-duty, multi-purpose lubricant with PTFE. Synthetic base fluids and the addition of PTFE micro powders combine to form a premium lubricant that provides long life protection against friction, wear, rust and corrosion. Machinery last longer, downtime is reduced, and productivity is increased. USDA listed Food Grade Lubricant, rated H1 for incidental food contact. Super Lube will not run or drip, does not evaporate or form gummy deposits and will not dry out, melt or separate. Super lube is a synthetic, heavy duty lubricant that is compatible with most other lubricants. Super Lube grease outlasts conventional greases 50-100% and has excellent adhesion.

Food Grade Grease

  1. Food Grade Grease
    A calcium soap based grease with consistency grade NLGI No. 2. for use in Food packing machinery where there is a possibility of incidental food contact.
  2. White Food Grade Grease (CREAMOLUBE)
    A premium quality grease for use in anti-friction and plain bearing application, particularly suitable for use in off processing environments. This grease is recommended for use where direct contact with food is not anticipated although contact may occur. Applications may include pump bearings, conveyer bearings etc. This lubricant should not be applied to surfaces that are expected to directly contact food. (i.e. Slab Oil ). Features such Good water resistance, Good mechanical stability, Good oxidation stability, Good pumpability.
  3. Food MachineryGrease
    For use in the food industry where incidental contact with food is possible. Manufactured from materials approved by the United States Food & Drug Administration regulation 21CFR178.3750 Class HI. Maximum operating temperature 250°C.
  4. Multi-purpose Grease
    Synthetic NLGI grade 2 heavy-duty, multi-purpose lubricant with PTFE. Synthetic base fluids and the addition of PTFE micro powders combine to form a premium lubricant that provides long life protection against friction, wear, rust and corrosion.   5. Aerosol
    A multi-purpose PTFE based synthetic lubricant available in aerosol form. Super Lube aerosol disperses and penetrates while lubricating and loosening rust and dirt. Super Lube aerosol offers continuous protection as it "set-up" and forms a grease film barrier that defends against oxidation. This barrier helps extend the life of your equipment and reduces maintenance.

Wharfslube Multi-Purpose Grease

  1. Multi-Purpose Grease
    A Lithium based NLGI No. 3 grease which provides better protection against friction, wear, rust and corrosion. Commonly used in Automotive chassis and wheel bearings, General industrial grease and thread lubricants for the oil-drilling industry.
  2. Multi-Purpose Calcium Grease
    A Red tacky calcium based NLGI No. 2 grease which for low temperature usage and provides better protection against friction, wear, rust and corrosion. commonly used in anti-friction and plain bearing applications that is particularly good under heavy washing conditions.
  3. Lithium EP 00 Grease
    Lithium Grease 00 is a premium quality grease for use in all anti-friction and plain bearing applications. It is recommended for use in highly loaded industrial and automotive applications where pumping over long distances is required.
  4. Synthetic Multi-purpose Lithium Complex Grease
    A premium quality grease for use in anti-friction and plain bearing application, particularly suitable for use in off processing environments. This grease is recommended for use where direct contact with food is not anticipated although contact may occur. Applications may include pump bearings, conveyer bearings etc. This lubricant should not be applied to surfaces that are expected to directly contact food. (i.e. Slab Oil ).   5. LongLife 2x Grease
    A special new generation multi-purpose grease giving extra long life at low and high temperatures or high speeds, medium loads and wet conditions.

Hi-Temp Grease

  1. Hi-Temperature Grease
    A Lithium complex grease with consistency grade of NLGI No. 2. It is a high heat resistant, load carrying, multi-purpose grease particularly suited for ovens, kilns, conveyors, shears presses, extruders, and other demanding industrial applications. It is high quality lithium complex soap grease containing effective EP agent, rust and oxidation inhibitors. Color: Blue. Available in 1 lbs and 35 lbs pail.
  2. HTS Silicone Grease
    For anti-friction bearings, stopcock lubricant for "O" rings and lip seals. Ideal as a rubber lubricants and on equipment operating under vacuum. High resistant to chemicals and water. Operating temperature range -40°C to 200°C. Color: White
  3. Hi-Temparature EP Grease
    An NLGI #2 grease with an extremely high concentration of PTFE and a temperature range from -30°F(34°C) +475°F(246°C). It is ideal for use in manufacturing plants where safety, thermal stability, performance and extended service life are critical lubricant requirements.

Wharfslube Open Gear Lubricant

  1. Open Gear
    A superior bentone -based grease with high concentration of MoS2, EP, anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion additives. Does not need to be heat or solvent applied. Will not thicken or thin under cold or hot service conditions. Has no melting/dropping point.
  2. Open Gear & Wire Rope Spray
    Available in aerosol only. Can be sprayed through safety guards onto moving gears and wire ropes. An excellent maintenance product for lift ropes, guides and marine applications.
  3. Super Lube Multi-purpose Grease

    Super Lube® A Synthetic NLGI grade 2 heavy-duty, multi-purpose lubricant with PTFE. Synthetic base fluids and the addition of PTFE micro powders combine to form a premium lubricant that provides long life protection against friction, wear, rust and corrosion.
